This Privacy Policy explains what information Standing Draft collects and how we use it.
This website collects nothing itself. We do not run analytics, we do not use cookies, and we do not sell your information. We use the emails and files you send us only to respond to you and to do the work you hire us for.
This website does not collect personal information. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
Links on this site that start an email, such as our contact buttons, open your own email program. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it.
If you email sam@standingdraft.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use that information only to respond to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your email with anyone for marketing.
If you become a client, the drawings, models and other files you send us are used only to perform the services you requested. We limit access to our team members who need them, and we do not sell them or use them for any other purpose.
If a partner firm, such as a scanning partner, needs access to your files to help perform your services, we share only what is needed, and only with firms bound by confidentiality obligations. The rest of the handling of client files, including deletion and return, is set out in the Confidentiality and data handling section of our Terms of Service.
We never sell your personal information or your client files. We do not share them with third parties except as described on this page or when the law requires it.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it or, for client files, return it. Email sam@standingdraft.com and we will respond. We may keep information where the law requires us to.
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date.
